We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our central Bristol office and work on our portfolio of trade exhibitions across the world. You will work within the marketing team to help promote the event across a variety of platforms and ensure the shows run successfully. We are looking for someone confident and enthusiastic, who is able to use their own initiative. This is a target based role and as such will require extra hours when targets are behind.

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Salary: £25,000

Responsibilities include:

• Creating a marketing campaign for the show which ensures we hit the target number of registrations and attendees
• Forming strong partnerships with relevant associations and magazines and liaising with these partners throughout the show cycle
• Identifying and booking keynote speakers for the events
• Creating marketing emails, sales emails and monthly newsletters
• Keeping the websites up to date with show features, speakers, articles, partners etc.
• Creating graphics on Canva
• Using Excel to sort visitor and sales databases and creating reports from this
• Constantly thinking of new ideas on how to market the event and reach new audiences

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a marketing or communications role
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with show partners and speakers via the phone
• Excellent attention to detail
• Uses own and initiative and thinks outside the box
• Willing to put in extra effort and hours when necessary to ensure a successful event

As a partnership manager, you will work across our portfolio of business exhibitions to build relationships with industry professionals to promote our event. You will be working in our central Bristol office and will be responsible for partnerships for our US events.

This role is completely office based and as you will be working on our US events, the hours will be 11.30am - 8.30pm.

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to create engaging designs for our trade exhibitions across London, LA, Miami, Singapore and Australia. You will be responsible for creating all the on site graphics, as well as all of our digital and print graphics. You must have high attention to detail and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: £26,000

Responsibilities:

• Design our event showguides across our global events portfolio
• Design all sales collateral such as media packs, sponsorship packs and sales brochures
• Create adverts for our partner magazines
• Come up with branding and logos for our new show launches
• Produce banners for social media, emails and websites 
• Work closely with the Operations team to create all of the on site graphics for the shows
• Keep our branding consistent across all platforms 

Requirements:

• Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and inDesign)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail with a creative approach
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• A basic understanding of print production processes
• Experience producing artwork for both print and digital platforms
• Video editing skills would be a benefit

• To become industry expert within your sector
• Proactively seek out emerging prospecting opportunities through keeping up to date at with industry trends

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also collaborate with operations, marketing and sales to deliver excellent customer service and assist in organising and coordinating events .

Job Title: Account Manager

Job Type: Full time, Onsite

Salary: £24,000

Responsibilities include:

• Introductory video call meetings to onboard new exhibitors
• Daily communication with clients/exhibitors over the phone and via email
• Ensuring exhibitors adhere to submission deadlines for documents and media and that invoices are paid on time 
• Management of the exhibitor portal
• On-site support to the operations department at exhibitions, depending on the size of the event

• Previous experience in client relationship management or account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Knowledge of the business events industry is beneficial but not required
